Qualifications

• Interest in sales, relationship management, and data‑driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with customer accounts.
• Support account managers by handling inquiries, issues, and escalations.
• Monitor account performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate shipments and services with internal teams for timely execution.
• Communicate proactively and solve customer needs, documenting outcomes.
• Analyze account data and help prepare performance reports and recommendations.
• Learn pricing strategies and market trends within Transportation Management Systems.
