• End-to-End CRM & Promotion Execution: Owning the campaigns lifecycle from build to launch and promo-code management.
• Performance Analytics & Monitoring: Track flow, results, ROI, and provide data-driven scalability recommendations.
• Process Codification: Document best practices and define requirements for automation.
• CRM & Lifecycle Management: Execute select CRM campaigns for drivers and riders, measure impact.
• Promotion Execution: Manage lifecycle of promotion campaigns with precise targeting and user terms.
• Analytics & Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign flow and suggest improvements for growth.
• Cross-Functional Stakeholders: Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, and Eats to execute campaigns.
