Job summary

Amrecco, a large international ecommerce logistics company, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to grow and manage existing customer relationships. The role prefers bilingual English/Mandarin and targets strong background in Amazon supply chain/logistics.

This is a full-time remote position based in Seattle with opportunities for career growth. Responsibilities include client reviews, upsell opportunities, cross-sell, and coordinating with Operations and Customer Service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or account management.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing enterprise or mid-market accounts preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing customer accounts.
• Build strong customer relationships and conduct regular reviews.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service teams to resolve customer issues.
• Monitor shipment performance, service levels, and customer satisfaction.
• Support contract renewals and pricing discussions.
• Track customer revenue, volume, and profitability.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
• Assist with the implementation of new products and services.
