Job summary

Amrecco is seeking qualified sales professionals for its freight forwarding team. The role targets candidates with at least 5 years of experience selling freight forwarding services and building a book of business across Transpacific or Transatlantic lanes.

This position offers a base salary of $100K-$150K per year plus commission, with remote or hybrid work options based in AL, CA, FL, IL, NJ, NY, or WA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in freight forwarding, specifically in Transpacific (TP) and/or Transatlantic (TA) trade lanes.
• Proven track record of managing a book of business.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement effective sales strategies to grow market share.
• Establish and nurture relationships with clients to understand their logistics needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
