SiliconExpert is seeking an Account Manager II to manage 100–200 mid and mass market accounts, ensuring positive customer experiences and revenue growth. You will coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to deliver value and build long-term relationships.

Ideal candidates have a 4-year degree with 2–4 years of related experience; strong Excel skills; Salesforce experience preferred; and proven renewals/upsell capabilities. Fully remote role with travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree required or higher with 2–4 years of related experience
• Experience with renewals, upsells, and cross-selling preferred
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Salesforce preferred

Responsabilités

• Manages 100–200 mid and mass market accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth
• Proactively provides renewal and growth quotes; tracks renewals and reasons for cancellations
• Learns product offerings and licenses; develops customer-specific selling plans and drives long-term value
