Job description

Locala is the world’s leading commerce media platform, leveraging consumer insights and location data to increase brand awareness, drive consumers to store, and deliver smarter business outcomes. Our proprietary technology enables local advertising and insights at scale, all while meeting the highest user privacy standards in the industry.

We are looking for a Post-Sales Account Manager based on the Midwest/West Coast working Midwest/West Coast hours. Account Managers serve as the liaison between Locala and its customers. This role reports to the Head of Customer Success.

What you’ll do:

  • Address customers’ needs and concerns as quickly & effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships.
  • Develop & deliver performance reports to clients and benchmark those results against similar campaigns.
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
  • Work alongside trading teams to monitor campaign performance and leverage data-driven results obtained to conduct campaign upsells.
  • Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.
  • Responsible for the creation and delivery of reporting, providing analysis of performance.
  • Manage projects with the design team to deliver best-in-class creative executions.
  • Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Data, Marketing, Studio, and Product Services departments) to improve the entire customer experience and advise clients on basic technical questions.
  • This role is not centered around sales but rather focuses on managing campaigns/accounts. Hands-on media experience (i.e. programmatic, display, audio, CTV, DOOH) is crucial for this position.

Your profile:

  • All candidates must be based in either PST or MST time zones.
  • 4-6 years experience in the Ad Tech/Digital advertising field.
  • Strong understanding of the Media Agency landscape.
  • Knowledge of digital tracking solutions (i.e. DCM, IAS, MOAT, Nielsen, etc.).
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize.
  • Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities & meet deadlines with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in analyzing large datasets and prioritizing them into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Client-facing experience.
  • Relationship builder and driver – proven aptitude to connect with large partners, start-ups, and executives.
  • Comfortable with a start-up environment, open to facing interesting challenges globally with a problem-solving & resourceful mindset.
