ABOUT FLOSPITALITY USA

Flospitality offers tailor-made sales and communications for unique Hotels, with offices in the USA, UK, Austria, Switzerland, and Germany.

Since our launch ten years ago, we have curated a collection of unique hotels in incredible destinations worldwide. Many of these hotels are part of Leading Hotels of the World, and Small Luxury Hotels.

In early 2024, Flospitality USA opened its doors in North America. It now offers leisure sales representation for ten exceptional hotels, acting as an extension of their sales teams.

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join Flospitality USA, preferably West Coast-based.

Following your training within the team, you will build and expand personal relationships with key travel trade partners (travel agencies, concierge companies, tour operators, etc.) and drive business towards our properties.

You will join a young, modern, proactive, results-driven, and happy team excited about the company's early growth.

ABOUT YOU

· You have min. 3 years of work experience in hotel sales, travel trade sales (DMC, TO, travel agency) or sales representation company (candidates with expertise in hotel operations will be considered).

· Knowledgeable of leisure travel trade and distribution (travel agencies, TO, consortia, DMCs, etc)

· Are West Coast-based with availability and appetite to travel within the USA and internationally.

· Happy to work from home with reliability and self-motivation.

· Have strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.

· Detail-oriented with a high level of organisation.

· Confident to work independently and creatively as part of a team.

· With a full driver’s license.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Build strong client relationships with the leisure US travel trade through regular communication.

· Conduct individual sales calls to meet with travel trade partners (alone and with the hoteliers)

· Organise small events such as dinner gatherings.

· Organise webinar training about our hotel portfolio and its destinations.

· Attend travel trade shows for our clients and Flospitality USA.

· Help organise roadshow events with up to 10 hotel clients in the market.

· Coordinate and accompany agent FAM trips to visit hotels individually or in groups.

· Deal with incoming hotel stay enquiries for the travel trade, aiming to convert them to bookings, ensuring prompt and accurate communication between the hotel and agent partners.

· Establish constant and regular communication with our hotels’ clients.

· Maintain and update the CRM database.

BENEFITS

· Location: USA West Coast (other locations will be considered depending on the candidate)

· CA applicants Salary range: $77,000.00 to $95,000.00.
