Job summary

Trojan Technologies, a Veralto company, is seeking an Account Manager to drive aftermarket sales across municipal and industrial water treatment customers in Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager EMEA, this remote role is based in Spain with up to ~30% travel within Europe.

You will build long-term customer relationships, identify service, parts, upgrades, and expansion opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle with Channel Partners and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, account management, or aftermarket/service sales in industrial/water/environmental B2B markets.
• Experience managing customer relationships, sales pipelines, and forecasting using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel up to ~30% within Europe (Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Luxembourg).

Responsibilities

• Drive aftermarket sales growth across municipal and industrial water treatment customers in Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for genuine parts, service agreements, upgrades, and expansions.
• Support customers throughout the lifecycle of UV treatment systems and collaborate with end users, system integrators, distributors, and channel partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
