Job summary

City National Bank in Beverly Hills is seeking a Senior Account Manager for Entertainment Division to be the primary contact for daily client operations and to proactively resolve issues. You will advise on product/service combinations to meet client needs and work with Relationship Managers to execute strategies with minimal supervision.

You will apply extensive knowledge of deposits, wealth management, cash management, and international services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years experience in client service, banking operations or relationship management support.
• Minimum 6 years experience in a banking or financial services environment.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with bank products and services (e.g. deposits, wealth management, cash management, international, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Primary contact with customers for day-to-day operational needs, providing proactive, collaborative and consultative support.
• Uses knowledge of bank products and services to evaluate opportunities for growth and cross-sell solutions.
• Resolves problems and responds to customer inquiries about accounts and services.
• Handles deposits, transfers, wires, and other transactions to maintain operational efficiency.
• Resolves customer complaints and prevents recurrence by appropriate action.
• Maintains knowledge of banking products and services and related compliance.
