Job summary

Navigate Search is seeking an Account Executive / Bookkeeper in Beverly Hills to manage day-to-day bookkeeping for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients in the entertainment industry. You will handle AP/AR, reconciliations, and general ledger activities while coordinating with Account Managers and Business Managers.

Ideal candidates will have bookkeeping or accounting experience, familiarity with AP/AR, and excellent attention to detail and client service.

Qualifications

• Previous bookkeeping, accounting, or business management experience.
• Entertainment business management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AP, AR, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and competing deadlines.
• Strong communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial activity for a portfolio of clients.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate general ledgers and client financial records.
• Process deposits, payments, and wire transfers.
• Track cash flow and assist with cash management.
• Prepare financial reports and client reporting packages.
• Assist with payroll and related financial matters.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and other professional advisors.
• Support Account Managers and Business Managers with ongoing client needs.
