Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in banking or entertainment finance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, including loans and deposits.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial credit, pricing dynamics, and market trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Travel up to 50% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of Entertainment and Media Group in executing strategic plan.
• Lead transaction pitches, term sheets, and credit structuring discussions.
• Guide portfolio management and address deteriorating loan performance.
• Foster relationships with executives across departments and ensure risk controls.
• Hire, coach, and develop the Entertainment Banking team.
