Job summary

East West Bank seeks an Entertainment Client Services Manager in California to support bankers in the Entertainment Department and drive sales, service, and operations. The role may be based at the Pasadena HQ or Beverly Hills, with responsibilities spanning procedures, cross‑department coordination, and client relationship management.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of account management experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, excellent communication, and may have Mandarin proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years previous account management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Professional working proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, as well as written).
• Ability to work independently, as well as with a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and use proper communication tools to support cross border clients.
• Ability to build effective relationships with customers, staff and members of the community.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to bankers within the Entertainment Department to achieve sales and service excellence.
• Lead and reinforce East West Bank's Vision, Mission and Values through actions.
• Assist with KYC/BSA requirements and client information gathering.
• Coordinate across internal departments to ensure policy alignment and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor team productivity, quality control, and timely execution of tasks.
• Train and supervise associates performing the above tasks.
