Job summary

City National Bank in Beverly Hills is seeking an Account Services Manager to lead day-to-day relationship management for a portfolio of high-value banking clients, in collaboration with Branch and Relationship Managers. The role emphasizes servicing excellence, strategic solutions, and strong risk controls.

The position targets retention and expansion of existing relationships, leveraging CNB products, and delivering tailored banking solutions with superior client service and cross-sell

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of banking experience.
• Minimum 4 years of branch banking experience within the segment.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
• Must be in good standing under Safe Act / registered or eligible to register.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact with existing clients for day-to-day operational needs and solutions while maintaining credit quality.
• Evaluate opportunities for growth and cross-sell by leveraging bank products and referrals.
• Analyze client needs to expand relationships and navigate to appropriate bank areas for service.
• Maintain knowledge of banking products and services and ensure risk controls.
• Support business and risk management, stay within lending authorities and regulatory guidelines.
• Resolve client inquiries, manage operations (payments, wires, new accounts, etc.) and provide timely information.
