Qualifications

• 5+ years of high-achieving B2B sales experience in equipment finance, commercial lending, leasing, or related capital markets.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and closing large, complex transactions.
• Deep understanding of equipment finance structures, credit analysis, pricing, and deal execution.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a high-value territory with established and new accounts.
• Source and close large-scale equipment finance and project funding transactions.
• Engage CFOs, CEOs, Presidents, and VPs of Finance at mid-sized to large enterprises.
• Leverage industry relationships and referral networks to generate consistent deal flow.
• Mentor and coach junior Account Managers on deal strategy, prospecting, and closing techniques.
