Job summary

First National Capital is building a world-class sales team in Irvine to own the full sales cycle for capital solutions. As a Senior Account Manager, you will originate, structure, and close transactions ranging from $500k to $50 million with C-suite leaders across North America.

You will drive origination, pricing, credit analysis, and funding, while managing a scalable book of business. A performance-driven environment and accelerated earnings await high achievers with relevant relationships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct equipment finance, leasing, or commercial lending experience.
• Proven sales performance, including funded revenue and new-account goals.
• Ability to originate and close transactions independently.
• Strong pricing, deal structuring, and credit analysis expertise.
• Executive-level communication skills with C-suite decision-makers.
• Existing middle-market network is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Banking, leasing, finance, or private equity experience is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Originate and close your own transactions end to end, from prospecting through structuring and funding.
• Engage senior executive and finance leaders, including CEOs, CFOs, VPs of Finance, and Controllers, as a trusted advisor on capital needs and financing strategy.
• Drive new-customer acquisition while expanding relationships and repeat business across your territory.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities and move deals efficiently through to funded revenue.
• Conduct mid-sale and executive-level conversations independently and carry opportunities through to close.
