Job summary

First National Capital Corporation seeks a Senior Account Manager to own the full sales cycle for capital solutions across North America. You will originate, structure, and close deals from $500k to $50 million, engaging C-suite leaders and building long-term client relationships.

You will drive origination, pricing, and credit analysis, and mentor other account managers as you grow into leadership. This is a high-reward, performance-driven role with autonomy over your book.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct equipment finance, leasing, or commercial lending experience with a production record.
• Proven sales performance including funded revenue, gross margin, and new-account goals.
• Ability to originate and close transactions independently and develop new client relationships.
• Strong pricing, structuring, and credit analysis expertise.

Responsibilities

• Originate and close end-to-end transactions from prospecting to funding.
• Engage CEOs, CFOs, and other executives as a trusted advisor on capital needs and financing strategy.
• Drive new-customer acquisition while expanding territory relationships.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and move deals to funded revenue efficiently.
• Lead mid-sale discussions and shepherd opportunities to close.
