Redline Group is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join its independent electronic components distribution team. This fully remote role covers the United States, leveraging an established supplier network to drive revenue and strengthen customer relationships.

You'll work with OEMs and EMS providers, uncover opportunities, and partner with a global buying team to deliver competitive sourcing solutions. Expect autonomy, strong earning potential through uncapped commissions, and flexible remote

Qualifications

• Experience within independent electronic components distribution.
• Proven track record growing customer relationships and revenue.
• Excellent commercial and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with OEMs, EMS providers, and electronics manufacturers across the US.
• Create demand by identifying component supply opportunities within existing and new customer accounts.
• Build long-term partnerships through a consultative sales approach.
• Work with a global buying team to deliver competitive sourcing solutions.
• Manage opportunities from initial engagement through quotation and order fulfilment.
• Consistently achieve revenue and gross profit targets.
