Job summary

Prodege, a leading marketing and consumer insights platform, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive revenue growth and client success across PST time zones. You will manage data-driven relationships, collaborate with internal teams, and build a robust pipeline of opportunities while delivering white-glove service to clients.

Success hinges on expanding relationships, meeting targets, and effectively communicating insights. Travel to client sites and industry events may be required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales and/or account management experience in market research or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and data-driven client strategies.
• Willingness to travel up to 10–50% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop client accounts to their full potential through a consultative approach and solutions tailored to client needs.
• Generate and manage a strategic account plan.
• Travel as needed to meet with or provide service to current or prospective clients, or attend sales meetings or industry events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global operations, technology and product teams to develop and execute project plans, defining scope, schedule, deliverables, resources and budget.
• Provide accurate and detailed forecasts and report activity in CRM daily.
