Prodege is seeking a Sr. Account Manager to drive growth and client success across our global client base. You will deliver white-glove service, build lasting relationships, and translate data-driven insights into strategic opportunities.

The role requires collaboration with internal teams to advance client objectives and maintain a strong revenue pipeline. You will manage multi-country studies, coordinate with product and operations, and travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry

Formación

- Must have 4+ years of sales and/or account management experience in market research or related fields.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to travel up to 50% for client meetings and events; willing to travel monthly as needed.
- Proactive, data-driven mindset with ability to forecast and manage a pipeline.
- Familiarity with CRM-based solutions and multi-country project coordination.

Responsabilidades

Develop and manage client accounts to maximize growth and profitability.
Generate and manage strategic account plans and ensure delivery of white-glove service.
Travel as needed to meet clients, or attend sales meetings and industry events.
Collaborate with cross-functional global operations, technology and product teams to execute project plans.
Provide accurate forecasts and build a robust client pipeline.
