Job summary

Prodege, LLC is seeking a Sr. Account Manager to drive growth by delivering white-glove client service and data-driven insights. You will collaborate with internal teams, manage a robust pipeline, and promote Prodege’s value across the organization, targeting continued client success.

The role emphasizes building strong client relationships, proactive account management, and contributing to revenue growth through upselling and renewals. PST hours apply for US clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic client accounts with a consultative approach.
• Generate and manage strategic account plans and forecasts.
• Travel as needed to meet clients or attend events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on scope and budget.
• Provide accurate activity tracking and report CRM updates daily.
