Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree + 4 years customer-facing experience
• Bachelor’s degree + 2 years customer-facing experience
• Master’s degree or JD/PhD in Business/Engineering
• Alternate: 6+ years customer-facing experience in lieu of degree
• U.S. citizen or work authorization required

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships and serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Manage the quoting process, including specification review, pricing, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Process new orders and change orders with seamless cross-functional communication.
• Identify revenue growth opportunities and develop sales plans with CRM tracking.
• Provide training, presentations, and market feedback for product development and improvement initiatives.
