Job summary

Rolls-Royce Corporation is seeking a Sr. Account Manager in Mankato, MN, hybrid role. You will be the day-to-day contact for assigned accounts in data center, mission-critical and power generation markets, guiding customers to the right solutions.

You will manage quotes, review specs, pricing, orders, and change requests while collaborating with sales, engineering and business development. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business or related field plus 4 years in a customer-facing role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field plus 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• JD/PhD in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• In lieu of degree, 6+ years of customer-facing experience.
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships and serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts.
• Manage the quoting process including specification review and pricing.
• Process new orders and approval of change orders with cross-functional teams.
• Identify revenue growth opportunities and develop sales plans.
• Provide training, conduct presentations, and gather market feedback.
