Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Project Manager in Mankato, MN for a hybrid role requiring two office days per week. The position leads complex, high-risk projects, ensuring adherence to contract scope, schedule, and budget while driving continuous improvement.

You will coordinate with account/program management and execute strategic initiatives to deliver value for the customer. The role demands strong communication, stakeholder management, and governance skills, with PMP or equivalent training

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree plus 4 years of experience in customer project execution.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of experience in customer project execution.
• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• JD/PhD in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• In lieu of degree, 6+ years of experience in customer project execution.
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of complex projects from initiation through completion.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Proactively handle scope changes, crises and risks with mitigation plans.
• Prepare and deliver project progress reports to executive management.
• Identify additional revenue opportunities and grow business relationships.
