Qualificações

• 3–5 years of relevant sales and/or product management experience in waterworks distribution, cooling tower systems, data center cooling technologies.
• Working knowledge of design plans, construction processes, codes, specifications, and product applications.
• Strong technical, analytical, negotiating, and communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts both verbally and in writing.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders while demonstrating strong business acumen and a customer-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

• Establish yourself as the recognized leader of the portfolio and become the trusted go-to for Customer Service, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production, and Logistics.
• Lead business strategy for the Cooling Tower portfolio with a focus on Data Center Cooling, driving specification, adoption, market penetration, and profitable growth.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, customer retention, and increased share of wallet.
• Serve as the senior technical resource for the portfolio and support sales teams with applications, codes, standards, and technical guidance.
