IPEX is seeking an Account Manager to lead growth of the Cooling Tower portfolio across North America. The role is fully remote with up to 35% travel, serving customers, engineers, distributors, and contractors with technical and commercial advisory support.

You will align market strategy with sales execution, build strategic plans, and collaborate with product management, engineering, and operations to expand revenue and share of wallet while ensuring customer success.

Formación

• 3–5 years of relevant sales and/or product management experience in waterworks distribution, cooling tower systems, data center cooling technologies.
• Experience with design plans, construction processes, codes and product applications is preferred.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into product solutions and actionable plans.

Responsabilidades

• Lead growth of the assigned portfolio by developing customer relationships and driving market strategy.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and retention.
• Provide senior technical and commercial guidance to customers, engineers, distributors, and contractors.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Operations to achieve business objectives.
