Job summary

GNR - Global Network Recruiting is seeking an experienced sales professional to own and grow relationships with data center and AI infrastructure accounts in the US market. Total compensation is advertised at $500k+ (base + commission + bonus + draw).

You will manage complex, technical sales cycles, collaborating with FAE/Applications Engineering and Product Marketing, reporting to the VP of Sales and gaining visibility to the CEO, as well as aligning with global co-sales and engineering teams

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling into data center or AI infrastructure accounts.
• 5-15+ years of total sales experience.
• Background in optical transceivers, AOC/DAC, fiber connectivity, silicon photonics, optical components, coherent optics/DCI, Ethernet/data-center switching, servers/AI infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with data center and AI infrastructure accounts.
• Develop new business within named target accounts, leveraging existing relationships in network/infrastructure, procurement, and executive leadership.
• Manage complex, technical sales cycles in partnership with dedicated FAE/Applications Engineering and Product Marketing support.
• Report directly to the VP of Sales, with direct visibility to the CEO.
• Collaborate with the company's global co-sales and engineering teams to support customer needs.
