Job summary

Renrui HR is representing a client seeking an Account Manager to lead strategic relationships for data center thermal management across North America, including AI enterprises and hyperscale operators. You will manage the full commercial cycle and coordinate with engineering to deliver tailored cooling solutions.

The role requires a degree in engineering or related field, 3+ years in relevant sales/BD experience, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally; silicon valley base

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal/Fluid Sciences, Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in account management/sales/BD in data center thermal management or IT infra, or 5+ years in electronics/data center industries.
• Proven ability to grow strategic accounts in North America; travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans aligned with North American data center market trends.
• Manage and grow relationships with AI enterprises, hyperscale data centers, colocation providers, and OEM partners.
• Drive revenue growth through expansion, upgrades, and new programs.
• Own the full commercial cycle: qualification, pricing, negotiation, contracts.
• Act as primary contact for assigned strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver liquid/air/hybrid cooling solutions.
• Support regional marketing initiatives, trade shows, and industry events.

Hiring: Account Manager – Data Center Thermal Management (Silicon Valley)

Our client is a global provider of advanced thermal management solutions, delivering high-efficiency cooling technologies for the automotive, industrial, and rapidly expanding data center markets. Backed by decades of thermal engineering expertise and a global manufacturing footprint (Asia, North America), our client is scaling its data center liquid cooling business across North America.

We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to manage and grow strategic customer relationships for data center thermal management solutions across North America — serving AI enterprises, hyperscale data centers, colocation providers, and OEM partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans aligned with North American data center market trends and competitive landscape
• Manage and grow relationships with AI enterprises, hyperscale data centers, colocation providers, and OEM partners
• Drive revenue growth through expansion opportunities, solution upgrades, and new program development
• Own the full commercial cycle: opportunity qualification, pricing, negotiation, contract execution
• Act as primary point of contact for assigned strategic accounts
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver customized liquid/air/hybrid cooling solutions
• Support regional marketing initiatives, trade shows, and industry events

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal/Fluid Sciences, Electrical Engineering, or related field (equivalent experience considered)
• 3+ years of account management/sales/BD experience in data center thermal management or IT infrastructure, OR 5+ years in electronics/data center industry
• Proven ability to manage and grow strategic accounts in North America
• Strong understanding of data center cooling technologies (liquid and air cooling)
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Preferred Background

• Experience with CDU-level companies or major hyperscale customers
• Existing network within North American AI/hyperscale/CSP/colocation ecosystem
• Based in or willing to relocate to Silicon Valley / Bay Area

Compensation

• Base salary competitive, based on experience
