You will lead engagements with electrical contractors, facilities managers, and general contractors, coordinating with operations and project teams to ensure exceptional delivery and client satisfaction while driving revenue growth across the Houston market.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, sales, or client relations within the construction industry.
• Experience working with electrical contractors, MEP contractors, facilities services, or commercial construction clients preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to build lasting relationships and generate repeat business.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and driven to exceed goals.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, general contractors, facility managers, and key stakeholders
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial and industrial markets
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
• Partner closely with operations, project management, and service teams to support successful project delivery
• Attend client meetings, networking events, industry functions, and project walkthroughs
• Assist with contract negotiations, proposals, budgets, and service agreements
• Track customer activity, sales opportunities, and market intelligence through CRM systems
• Support strategic growth initiatives throughout the Houston market
