Job summary

LVI Associates in Austin, TX is seeking an Account Manager skilled in HVAC service and maintenance sales to drive growth with commercial clients. You will manage existing relationships, sell preventive maintenance agreements, and develop new business across the region.

You should bring 5+ years in commercial HVAC or mechanical service sales, outstanding communication and negotiation skills, and a hunter mindset to expand the territory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC or mechanical service sales/account management.
• Strong understanding of preventative maintenance contracts, HVAC systems, and mechanical services.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Experience selling into commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, or mission-critical facilities is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and ability to grow a territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with commercial building owners, property managers, facility managers, and general contractors.
• Develop and grow a portfolio of preventative maintenance (PM) agreements.
• Identify and pursue new service opportunities, repairs, retrofits, and mechanical upgrades.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and facility assessments.
• Generate proposals, negotiate service agreements, and close new business.
• Partner closely with service managers and technicians to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain regular contact with existing accounts while actively prospecting for new business.
• Track sales activity, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
