Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management, client management, healthcare operations, project management, or related experience.
• Experience managing operational relationships with clients, vendors, business partners, or cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate issue resolution and drive outcomes across multiple functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings and present information to diverse audiences.
• Experience analyzing operational performance, identifying trends, and developing actionable recommendations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of Meritain's partner portfolio and support navigation, advocacy, and governance.
• Coordinate issue resolution and drive outcomes across multiple functional teams.
• Support implementations, governance processes, and performance scorecards.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, client management teams, and operations to enhance client, member, and partner experience.
