Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management, client management, healthcare operations, project management, or related experience.
• Experience managing operational relationships with clients, vendors, or cross-functional partners.
• Ability to coordinate issue resolution and drive outcomes across multiple teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for meetings and presentations.
• Experience analyzing operational performance, identifying trends, and making actionable recommendations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for Meritain's partner portfolio and serve as primary operational contact.
• Monitor performance and coordinate issue remediation with cross-functional teams.
• Support implementations, escalations, and governance processes.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to sales enablement and growth.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, sales leadership, and client management teams to improve client and member experience.
• Prepare and present operational updates to senior stakeholders.
