Job summary

CVS Health in the United States (remote/hybrid) seeks a Senior Analyst, Account Management to oversee Meritain's partner portfolio, ensuring service excellence, issue resolution, and strong relationship management across vendors and internal teams.

You will partner with Account Executives, client teams, implementation and operations to monitor performance, drive improvements, and support governance, onboarding, and sales enablement initiatives. A Bachelor's in related field is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management, client management, healthcare operations, project management, or related experience.
• Experience managing operational relationships with clients, vendors, business partners, or cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate issue resolution and drive outcomes across multiple functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings and present information to diverse audiences.
• Experience analyzing operational performance, identifying trends, and developing actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management and support of Meritain's partner portfolio.
• Drive service excellence, issue resolution, partner accountability, and ongoing relationship management.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, sales leadership, client management teams, and operations to support performance and initiatives.
• Monitor operational performance and coordinate remediation efforts across cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to governance processes and sales enablement initiatives.
