• Experience analyzing operational performance, identifying trends, and making recommendations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Excellent organization and follow-through.

• Oversee day-to-day management and support of the Meritain partner portfolio.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned partners and stakeholders.
• Drive service excellence, issue resolution, partner accountability, and ongoing relationship management.
• Monitor performance, coordinate remediation, support implementations and escalations.
• Maintain governance processes and contribute to sales enablement and growth initiatives.
• Support cross-functional collaboration to improve client, member, and partner experience.
