Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, Account Management to manage Meritain's partner portfolio and drive service excellence. You will coordinate issue resolution, governance processes, and cross-functional collaboration to improve client, member, and partner experience.

The role partners with Account Executives, client management, implementation teams, and operational stakeholders to support performance, initiatives, and growth in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management, client management, healthcare operations, project management, or related experience.
• Experience managing operational relationships with clients, vendors, business partners, or cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate issue resolution and drive outcomes across multiple functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings and present information to diverse audiences.
• Experience analyzing operational performance, identifying trends, and developing actionable recommendations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across teams and business partners.
