The role requires extensive Medicaid/healthcare experience, strategic leadership, and strong cross-functional collaboration to deliver successful implementations and ongoing service excellence.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; 8+ years related experience; 8+ years SME in respective areas.
• Experience leading teams: at least 4+ years in leadership roles.
• Healthcare payer/Medicare/Medicaid knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead state-specific account team and develop business plans.
• Ensure deliverables meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, and Sales to improve processes.
