Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in sales, BD, or marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication; interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in prospecting and networking to win new business.
• Excellent organization and disciplined time management.
• Experience with CRM systems for account development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with service/parts/sales to increase market penetration.
• Make customer calls and provide practical solutions to drive loyalty.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Identify market strengths/weaknesses and stay adapting to industry.
• Research and propose new opportunities for sales growth in the dealership area.
