JX Enterprises is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive customer relationships and revenue in Effingham, IL. The role requires a proactive, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is eager to grow with us.

The position offers a base salary of $50,000-$60,000 per year, with commissions and earning potential. Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm, and a focus on strategic account development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in sales/business development/marketing.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal, interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with prospecting and networking to generate new business.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Intermediate computer skills with various software.
• Exceptional customer management and relationship-building.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Experience using CRM for account development and management.
• Industry knowledge of transportation/truck sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Flexible to accommodate customer requirements.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with integrity and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with service/parts/sales to increase market penetration and customer satisfaction.
• Make customer calls and offer practical solutions to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Build relationships of value and trust with customers and coworkers.
• Identify market strengths/weaknesses and stay updated on industry trends.
• Research and propose alternate opportunities for sales growth in the dealership area.
• Own the full sales cycle and lead 100 Day Account strategy plans.
