Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of sales/BD/marketing experience.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Comfortable with prospecting and networking to win new business.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with service/parts/sales to expand market share.
• Make calls and provide solutions to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Identify market strengths/weaknesses and propose growth strategies.
• Own the full sales cycle and lead 100-day account plans.
• Coordinate with team and leadership to enhance customer experiences.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the business.
