Electro Rent is seeking a Senior Account Executive for Telecom to grow a Midwest-based portfolio of strategic telecom accounts. This field-based, remote role centers on the telecom data center buildout ecosystem and guiding customers through network expansion and modernization initiatives.

The role requires end-to-end sales leadership, strong relationship-building across the ecosystem, and collaboration with marketing, inside sales, and technical teams to capture revenue opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Proven outside sales or account management experience in telecom or a related technical B2B industry.
• Experience managing high-value named accounts.
• Understanding of telecom infrastructure or buildout ecosystem.
• Strong relationship-building, territory planning, forecasting, and negotiation skills.
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience.
• Ability to travel 50%–75% throughout the Midwest.

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic telecom accounts.
• Develop relationships across the telecom buildout ecosystem.
• Conduct in-person visits to customers.
• Identify opportunities within network expansion and infrastructure projects.
• Create account plans focused on retention, growth, and new business.

• Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasts in Salesforce.
• Re-engage dormant customers and expand existing relationships.
