Billerud NA is seeking an experienced Sr. Account Executive, Sack & Kraft to grow strategic accounts and lead commercial negotiations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value and drive profitable growth.

The role emphasizes developing long-term customer partnerships, identifying opportunities, and implementing solutions aligned with Billerud's sustainable packaging mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Packaging, or related field.
• Seven (7) or more years of progressive experience in B2B paper, packaging, or related industrial sales.
• Proven ability to manage strategic customer relationships and drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales volume, revenue, margin, and profitability objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned customers and target markets.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers and secure new opportunities.
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiate customer agreements.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and services teams to drive customer success.
• Collect and communicate market intelligence, customer trends, and growth opportunities.
