Paddle is hiring a Senior Account Executive in the United States with remote work options based in San Francisco, CA. You will drive revenue by closing complex SaaS deals with CTOs, Heads of Product, and CEOs, while building and managing a robust pipeline.

You will collaborate across Marketing, Product, and Success to refine approaches, mentor newer team members, and continually improve sales techniques in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive closing experience in software/SaaS
• Experience with consultative, value-based selling
• Experience selling highly technical products/services
• Able to engage CTOs, Heads of Product, and CEOs
• Entrepreneurial attitude and self-starter mindset

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline from leads from BDR/Marketing and self-sourced opportunities
• Own a portion of self-generated pipeline
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Master Paddle’s product and articulate value to technical buyers
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Success teams for opportunities
• Identify product gaps during the sales process to inform roadmap
• Mentor new Account Executives as they ramp
