Paddle is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive for a remote role based in San Francisco, CA. You will own a significant portion of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and articulate Paddle’s value to CTOs, Heads of Product, and CEOs.

You’ll build pipeline from SDR-led and self-sourced opportunities, collaborate across teams, and mentor new AEs as you grow with the company.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive closing experience in software or SaaS with multi-threaded deals.
• Proven track record in consultative, value-based selling.
• Experience selling to executives (CTO/Head of Product) and founders.

• Build pipeline from SDR-led leads and self-sourced opportunities.
• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close and demos.
• Articulate Paddle's value to CTOs, Heads of Product and CEOs.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Product and Success to optimize opportunities.
• Mentor new Account Executives as they ramp up.
