Manpower, Inc. seeks a Senior Account Executive to develop new business opportunities across Vermont and engage with business owners and C-level executives. This direct hire role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions and a flexible hybrid/remote work arrangement.

You will articulate products to prospects, qualify opportunities, and maintain CRM records while pursuing sales quotas in a fast-growing telecom connectivity market.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years sales experience.
• Proven ability to engage and build relationships with business decision-makers.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.com or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Valid State Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across Vermont, focusing on Bennington and Burlington markets.
• Engage with business owners and C-level executives through face-to-face meetings and networking.
• Articulate company products effectively to prospects and qualify sales opportunities.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities within the CRM system.
• Follow established sales processes to meet or exceed sales quotas.
