Job summary

VaVa Virtual Assistants is seeking a SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE to join as a full-time remote W2 employee. The role focuses on sourcing and closing new clients for our virtual assistant services, with generous commission and a base salary of $65,000–$80,000.

Remote work across the United States, optional in-person networking, and a collaborative Core Team environment support your success. All candidate must reside in the U.S. and be authorized to work.

Qualifications

• Must reside and be authorized to work in the United States
• 2+ years of working and/or selling in a virtual environment
• 2+ years of sales and networking experience (outbound sales preferred)
• Experience selling for services in a virtual company structure and not products

Responsibilities

• Lead Sourcing & Qualification: develop understanding of VaVa’s services and target clients, source and qualify prospects
• Deal Management & Closing: own full sales cycle from lead to onboarding, prepare proposals and pricing
• Administrative: maintain CRM records, track metrics, attend Core Team meetings
