Job summary

Brilliant is seeking a strategic Senior Account Executive to drive new client acquisition and expansion for its corporate gifting platform. This remote US role reports to the Director of Sales and offers a base salary plus commission with lucrative OTE.

You will build relationships, identify opportunities, and accelerate revenue growth across enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in sales, strong consultative selling skills, and a proven track record of exceeding revenue

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales or business development.
• Proven self-generated pipeline in enterprise accounts.
• Consistent track record of meeting revenue goals.
• Strong consultative selling and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new business opportunities; prospect and qualify leads.
• Conduct product demonstrations, pitches, and negotiations to close deals.
• Develop strategies to expand presence in target industries and segments.
• Build a strong pipeline by reaching decision-makers and influencers.
• Navigate complex RFPs and manage timelines.
