Job summary

This position offers a salary range of $238,100 to $442,300 annually, along with performance bonuses and incentives.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 15 years of Property & Casualty (P&C) experience.
• Experience managing large, sophisticated accounts.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload with attention to detail.
• Must have an active Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Retains and grows Aon’s business by cultivating client relationships.
• Drives the renewal process and develops client-specific strategies.
• Leads client service teams to meet client needs.
• Educates clients in risk management and relevant market trends.
• Manages invoicing and receivables process for assigned clients.
