Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Senior Private Client Group specialist in Berkeley Heights, NJ for a hybrid role with 2–3 days in the office and the rest remote. The position focuses on complex P&C accounts, high net worth clients, and carrier relationships within a retail brokerage setting.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in Personal Lines, experience with major markets, and strong leadership and analytical skills. Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $140,000 with incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ideally 10+ years in Personal Lines with high net worth client management experience.
• Experience at an independent agency or retail insurance brokerage.
• Familiarity with Travelers, Progressive, and other major markets; knowledge of quoting systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with large clients and act as SME on Property & Casualty and carrier products.
• Negotiate with carriers to secure best outcomes and manage client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal/external influencers to grow regional client base.
• Support regional deliverables with leadership to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Attend renewals and strategy meetings; manage team workload and capacity for new clients.
