Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of risk insurance experience with account management.

• Critical thinking and ability to clearly express thoughts at various levels.

Responsibilities

• Retains and grows Aon’s business by cultivating relationships with senior client decision-makers and day-to-day contacts.
• Drives renewal processes and assembles teams to develop client-specific renewal strategies.
• Coordinates with Brokers to develop and deliver renewal strategies.
• Facilitates critical relationships between clients, ARS and insurers.
• Ensures client service team understands needs and service delivery methods within the economic framework.
• Leads stewardship planning and delivery and ensures profitability of the client book.
• Manages invoicing and receivables for assigned clients to ensure timely collections.
