Job summary

idX Corporation, a leading designer & manufacturer of consumer environments, seeks an Account Executive to manage major accounts and lead cross-functional teams from concept through completion. You will coordinate design definition, value engineering, manufacturing, delivery and installation, while driving ongoing customer service and expansion across client portfolios.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience of Account Management in wood and/or metal manufacturing or related interior environments.
• 10+ years' experience leading a project management team in a large manufacturing company.
• 5+ years managing interior signage projects.
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel for spreadsheets and data tracking.
• Understanding of ERP fundamentals and manufacturing processes.
• Experience coordinating across design, manufacturing, procurement, logistics and installation.

Responsibilities

• Grow account value through strategic planning and management alignment.
• Advance new account growth via exceptional service and execution.
• Define project scope, timelines and customer expectations for the team.
• Coordinate with purchasing to ensure on-time, on-budget materials.
• Lead cost-savings initiatives, value engineering and margin improvements.
• Provide technical backup to Sales and Estimating as required.
• Generate monthly sales forecasts for assigned accounts.
