Job summary

idX Corporation, the preeminent designer & manufacturer of consumer environments, seeks an Account Executive to drive success across major accounts, coordinating design, value engineering, and manufacturing through delivery and post-sale service.

This role leads cross-functional teams, manages project timelines, and seeks additional business within accounts. Travel about 30% domestically across the United States. Competitive salary with annual bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience of Account Management in wood and/or metal manufacturing, interior signage & consumer environments industry preferred.
• 10+ years’ experience leading a project management team within a large manufacturing company.
• 5+ years of experience managing interior signage projects.
• Proven ability to create and maintain spreadsheets using MS Office.
• An understanding of ERP fundamentals.
• Architectural/Interior Design technical knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Grow customer account value through strategic business planning and interface with management and sales.
• Acquire new account growth through excellent customer service and account execution.
• Define, build and train staff for excellence in the account team.
• Coordinate with purchasing to ensure on-time, on-budget material procurement.
• Lead projects from concept through completion and review margins for cost savings.
